"Mikado"
Plum tree is one of the brightest and most colorful symbols of Japan. The unique properties of plum and its harsh slightly acid taste were noticed a thousand years ago and gave birth to the flavorful national drink of Japan - plum wine.
Production of Mikado natural wines is located in the South of Ukraine, in the Odessa region. Production technology process: pre-warmed natural wine (red or white) is infused on natural dried plums, black currants, cherries, apricots. During this process wine acquires the fruit flavor and aroma. This technology corresponds to the Japanese tradition of production of fruit wines.
It is an ideal aperitif and digestif wine as well as perfect component for summer refreshing cocktails with ice.
